Site Management Assistant

As a Site Management Assistant, you will be working closely with a seasoned Senior Site Manager, gaining insights into the operational procedures of the organization to facilitate the successful execution of the project.

This undertaking involves a substantial cut and carve initiative valued at £38m, located in a prominent urban area.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Assisting with the initial phases of internal demolition, transitioning into the cut and carve operations.
  • Coordinating and supervising various elements of the project from the demolition stage through to final completion.
  • Overseeing on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure that project milestones are achieved.
  • Monitoring the progress of the project, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Formulating and maintaining project timelines to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Addressing any challenges or disputes that may arise during the construction process.

CSCS Certification Required

Fawkes & Reece London is a leading main contractor operating on a national scale, with its headquarters situated in the capital.

Compensation is competitive, with a day rate available under the CIS scheme.
