Breakfast and After School Club Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to join our team at Junior Adventures Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Breakfast and After School Clubs, providing a safe and engaging environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and activities for children.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
- Collaborate with parents, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and a seamless service.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities and programs that meet the needs of children.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and activities, making recommendations for improvement.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Knowledge of child development and education principles, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and activities.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
