Job Title: Installation Supervisor

Marshall is seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to join our team. As an Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality installation of refrigeration equipment into large trucks and vans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect all work to ensure it meets the highest quality standards and adheres to Thermo King guidelines.
  • Assist the co-ordinator/s in the day-to-day running of the site/s, where resource could be working.
  • Mentor and support Trainee Engineers, and support Engineer building skill levels.
  • Identify any specific training needs within the installation team and report to Installation Manager.
  • Ensure all OEM type approvals and instructions are being adhered to.
  • Monitor Refrigerant and consumable levels and report any low stock to either parts person or Co-Ordinator/s.
  • Communicate any potential problems/concerns to Co-Ordinator/s when working on various sites.
Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of the installation process.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in, and detailed knowledge of vehicle/self-powered fridge installation or similar area.
  • Proven track record of delivering quality.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • The ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • To be able to plan and priorities your own work and other peoples.
  • IT literate (Microsoft office).
  • Numerate, literate, methodical, systematic.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid full UK driving license.
  • Have flexibility to be able to work away from home on regular basis.
