Join Our Team as a Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Solicitor to join our team at Legal Southwest. As a key member of our litigation department, you will be responsible for managing a busy caseload of complex commercial litigation cases, including high-value and high-stakes disputes.

About the Role
  • Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation cases, including contract disputes, property claims, and professional negligence claims.
  • Work closely with our Head of Department and other litigation fee earners to ensure seamless case management and delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on commercial litigation matters, including contract law, tort law, and property law.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including our insurance team, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs and to deliver tailored solutions.
