Position Summary: This role is ideal for an adept CNC Programmer who possesses experience in operating CNC machinery. The position is structured as a temporary to permanent opportunity, primarily focused on the night shift from Monday to Wednesday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines utilizing Mazak and/or Fanuc controls.
- Work with components of medium to high complexity.
- Ensure precision and adhere to strict tolerances.
- Function within an AS9100 quality management framework.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a tidy workspace.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in CNC programming, with a preference for familiarity with Mazak and/or Fanuc controls.
- Ability to manage medium to high complexity components.
- Strong capability to maintain accuracy and work within tight tolerances.
- Knowledge of AS9100 quality management standards.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the CNC machining industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
- Willingness to commit to night shifts (Monday to Wednesday, 5:30 pm to 6:45 am).
Contract Details:
- 37.5 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime upon management approval.
- Competitive hourly compensation, with a night shift premium of 1.33 times the base rate.
