As this is a statutory role, you must possess the relevant qualification and registration to a regulatory board.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing EHC assessments to support services in addressing backlogs
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to services on EHC assessment processes
  • Collaborating with services to develop strategies for addressing EHC assessment backlogs


Due to the ad hoc nature of the assessments, they fall outside IR35, offering flexible working arrangements.
