Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain automated and standalone manufacturing processes and equipment to meet project requirements and safety standards.
* Compile and assist in writing relevant documentation, including risk assessments and production work instructions, ensuring safe working practices.
* Implement repair and modification work to site facilities and equipment, including electrical wiring and service installation tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

* Time-served qualification in manufacturing, mechanical, or electrical engineering discipline with proven relevant experience.
* A minimum of NVQ level 3 or HNC in a relevant engineering field.
* Experience installing single and three-phase electrical circuits.
* Design-level experience with PLCs and/or control system programming, especially Siemens S7 & UR 6 axis robots.
* Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding engineering drawings and schematic diagrams.
* Ability to operate workshop equipment such as lathes and milling machines.
* Legislative experience of Machinery Directive and Equipment Building requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 18th Edition Electrical Wiring qualification (preferred but not essential).
