About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs Support Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a one-on-one or group basis.
  • Assist in delivering both academic and emotional guidance to enhance student learning experiences.
  • Engage with learners who have various SEN, including Autism, Complex Needs, and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within a SEN environment.
  • Familiarity with working in both SEN and mainstream educational settings.
