Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions, an award-winning charity that promotes independence for every individual.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to live the life they choose, promoting their independence, and enabling them to take part in activities they enjoy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting service users with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Encouraging and supporting service users to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Assisting with medication and supporting service users to manage their finances
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to service users

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license (essential)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting vulnerable individuals
