About The Role

The primary objective of this position is to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the factory floors, edges, and ledges, with a focus on high-level cleaning. This will involve the opportunity to undergo IPAF training and utilize MEPS and other high-level equipment.

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with moving equipment, fork lift trucks, and robots. The successful candidate will be responsible for deep cleaning areas around working machinery, necessitating excellent communication skills with their supervisor and the ability to work at height in a demanding environment.

The working schedule will be a 2-week rotation, with Week 1 spanning Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 14:30, and Week 2 covering Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 20:00, totaling 37.5 hours per week on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to management requests.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
  • Wear PPE at all times.
Requirements for Success
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Punctuality is essential.
  • Good attention to detail is required.
  • Able to multitask, be reliable, and responsible.
  • Ability to carry and move cleaning equipment.
  • Effective communication with management and the H&S team to report any safety issues.
  • Basic English level (to engage in conversation and understand health and safety processes and procedures).
