Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Legal Counsel to join our team on a permanent or temp to perm basis. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements for the business, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Resolve commercial disputes and provide expert advice on best practice risk management and compliance.
• Provide general legal advice to key stakeholders and take lead on projects and BAU work.

Requirements

• 2+ years PQE with experience gained in-house or private practice in a similar capacity as a commercial lawyer.
• Strong understanding of commercial law and regulations in the renewables industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
