Your New Role

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing routine maintenance tasks, conducting minor repairs, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order. You will also be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of communal areas, cleaning of the wider facility, waste management, and basic garden area duties.

You will be trained in wing walking and hangar door operations to assist Flightline, and will be the first point of contact for tenants, escorting contractors where required and supporting the wider facilities team to ensure smooth running of the FBO.

About You

The successful candidate will require basic DIY skills and in-depth understanding of maintenance procedures and problem-solving skills for addressing safety and maintenance concerns. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for giving instructions to contractors.

You will have a checkable five-year employment history and a full and clean driving licence.
