As an FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

Office Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of office performance, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with regional heads to implement action plans.
  • Develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on revenue drivers, office profitability, marketing effectiveness, and external reporting.
  • Enhance our understanding of return on marketing investment through data analysis and insightful reporting.
  • Extract data from various systems used in Group reporting and synthesize it into actionable information for management.
  • Work closely with the BI team to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of data provided to the FP&A team.
Forecasting & Reporting
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate financial projections.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Client Management to model sales pipelines and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Engage with Trading Desk and Distribution departments to ensure upcoming business changes are captured in revenue forecasts and company-wide buy-in of targets is achieved.
  • Assist in developing Group financial performance models as the business evolves and expands.
  • Work closely with relevant financial controllers to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Continuously review, develop, and improve KPIs for performance measurement and benchmarking.
  • Produce daily and weekly revenue reports to track performance and identify trends.
  • Support the production of monthly senior management and board reporting.
Monitoring Business Strategy
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven insights and information to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze the potential value of new strategic opportunities for the Group and monitor their success.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • Strong Excel skills (to macro level preferred).
  • Excellent presentation skills, able to produce concise documents that deliver meaningful information.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the confidence to ask probing questions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
  • Proactive and adaptable to change.
  • Solid understanding of financial systems.
  • Knowledge of financial markets.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development to meet the evolving demands of the role, including relevant regulatory and legislative training.
