Trainee Mechanic Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Mechanic. As a Trainee Mechanic, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced team to learn the skills and techniques required to become a qualified Aircraft Mechanic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of Ryanair's fleet of Boeing aircraft
  • Participate in scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance tasks
  • Support Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery efforts
  • Maintain a safe and compliant working environment
  • Perform other tasks as directed by Supervisor/Manager

Requirements:

  • GCSEs in Maths/English at Level 4 or above
  • Engineering qualification (desirable)
  • Experience in a similar mechanical role (desirable)
  • Keen interest in Engineering
