We're seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at Lush HairLab in Brighton. As a key member of our salon, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills and passion for hairdressing while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert hair services, including consultations, cutting, styling, and product recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their hair needs and preferences.
  • Educate clients on hair care and styling techniques to ensure they achieve their desired look.
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive salon environment, maintaining high standards of communication and teamwork.
  • Assist with retail sales and promote Lush products to clients and customers.
  • Participate in events and promotions to showcase Lush HairLab's expertise and services.
Requirements
  • Minimum SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a salon environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Passion for hairdressing and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
