Our team has experienced consistent revenue growth in recent years, driven by an increasing number of significant and complex mandates alongside strong client demand both in the UK and internationally. The practice continues to innovate as it expands into the technology sector. Consequently, we recognize the necessity to invest in talent and are eager to further develop our Associate team.
From your first day, you will engage in a variety of projects, including drafting global policies and procedures, addressing disciplinary and grievance matters, managing restructures and redundancies, navigating TUPE, and implementing changes to terms and conditions. We understand that exceptional client service is fundamental, as it distinguishes us from our competitors.
Your Profile
You will be a qualified solicitor under the laws of England and Wales, ideally possessing between 2 and 5 years of PQE. A strong interest in employment law is essential, along with excellent academic credentials.
Proficient matter management is crucial, as is ambition, self-motivation, and the ability to deliver high-quality work while acting independently. You will thrive in a collaborative team environment, possess intellectual curiosity, and enjoy tackling complex legal challenges.
