- Facilitate Site Inductions: Lead site inductions and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety among all personnel.
- Risk Management: Review and implement Risk Assessments and Method Statements, fostering a secure working environment.
- Client Engagement: Participate in weekly progress meetings with clients and contractors to discuss project status and address any concerns.
- Documentation Management: Maintain organized site diaries and quality assurance forms to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Experience Requirement: Proven experience as a Site Operations Manager on diverse civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Project Types: Experience in areas such as drainage, structures, and public realm works is essential.
- Certifications: Hold relevant certifications including CSCS, SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid, and possess a full driving license.
- Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of NRSWA, Temporary Works, and Appointed Person regulations is advantageous.
The position offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000, commensurate with experience, along with a company vehicle or allowance, fuel card, annual leave, healthcare benefits, a pension scheme, and additional perks.
