What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP who embodies leadership qualities and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences. As our ideal candidate, you'll:

  • Have a proven track record of championing excellent service through quality food.
  • Demonstrate a natural ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Be an active, hands-on chef with excellent communication skills.
  • Take responsibility for managing the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety.
  • Collaborate with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials.
  • Apply your planning and organizational skills to maintain effective controls on GP and labour.
  • Drive sales and growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
