Registered Nurse Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our client's dynamic team within private healthcare on days within one of their modern Nursing Homes located in the heart of Rotherham.

About the Nursing Home

Our Nursing Home offers a warm and welcoming environment, with fantastic care facilities and a supportive management team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care to the residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other nursing procedures
  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans
  • Monitoring and assessing residents' health status and progress
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Providing support and guidance to care assistants and other team members
Requirements
  • Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
  • Proven experience in a Nursing Home/Care Home or similar healthcare setting
  • Excellent clinical and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care
