Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects within demanding timelines and budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of AC and DC electrical systems for a range of industries, including those with specialized requirements such as defense.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Conduct thorough safety assessments of electrical designs in accordance with relevant standards, such as IEC 62368.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, procurement specialists, and manufacturing personnel.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of our design processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in designing electrical systems, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards, including BS EN 62368 and Military specifications (DefStan).
  • Proficiency in electrical drawing software, such as SolidWorks Electrical or similar.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
