Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized product recommendations and exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with the in-store team to achieve sales targets and drive brand advocacy, ensuring Samsung stays top of mind for our customers.
  • Participate in product training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest Samsung products and features.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
