About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Site Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our site management operations and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Site Management
    • Develop and implement site management systems, including operational and safety procedures.
    • Monitor standards of service delivery for compliance with statutory and contractual requirements.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead locally on environment and safety inspections and risk assessments.
    • Liaise with and monitor service providers to ensure high-quality services.
  • Project Management
    • Project manage locally any refurbishments and/or changes to building use.
    • Represent the Trust in project steering groups to identify and review future service provision of Estates and Facilities contracts.
  • Health and Safety
    • Responsible for building safety in respect of fire, being the Borough/Site Responsible Person.
    • Develop and implement fire policies and procedures, including evacuation procedures.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage non-clinical budgets, including identifying cost savings and meeting with management accountants.
  • Communication and Liaison
    • Communicate and liaise directly with the Executive Board, Service Director, Local Managers, and Trust Headquarters regarding site-related issues.
  • Policy Development
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures for all site-related issues, including health and safety, fire safety, and environmental management.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Educated to Degree Level and/or relevant experience in a similar senior role.
  • Extensive management experience, including successful management of budgets and project management.
  • Previous experience in the implementation of legislation relating to fire, health and safety, and risk management.
Desirable Skills and Experience

We would also like to hear from candidates with experience of working within a Mental Health setting, Estates, Capital or Facilities environment, and service monitoring.
