Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team at Golf View, Nairn. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional breakfast dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes for our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Work closely with our kitchen team to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Develop and implement new breakfast menu ideas to enhance our guests' dining experience.
• Ensure that all kitchen areas are clean and hygienic, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with our front-of-house team to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
