Salary Range: £50,000 - £60,000

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Omega is collaborating with a prominent supplier in the Automation and Drives sector, recognized for delivering top-tier Automation solutions to a diverse clientele, particularly focusing on OEM Machinery Manufacturers. Following a recent acquisition by a leading global industrial distributor, which operates over 750 locations across 22 countries, they have solidified their position as the largest entity in this industry across Europe.

They are in search of a Technical Product Specialist, eager for a new opportunity, to aid in their expansion and the development of new products. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will join a dynamic and fast-paced team, responsible for delivering technical assistance and driving business growth within a designated product line.

Key Responsibilities – Technical Product Specialist

  • Provide technical product assistance to clients
  • Respond to sales and technical inquiries
  • Maintain an updated project list with defined actions and follow-ups
  • Understand key competitors and perform cross-referencing
  • Conduct product demonstrations as necessary
  • Support the processing of customer returns

Qualifications & Experience – Technical Product Specialist

  • Experience in providing technical product assistance
  • Ability to follow up on sales and technical inquiries
  • Proficient in maintaining an active project list with agreed actions and follow-ups
  • Knowledge of key competitors and ability to perform cross-referencing
  • Experience in conducting product demonstrations
