Production Team Supervisor

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Team Supervisor to lead our production team and ensure smooth operation of our production line. The successful candidate will have previous experience working on a production line or leading a team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan and coordinate production shifts and complete general administrative tasks
* Supervise and lead production shifts to ensure targets are met
* Monitor and improve health and safety and waste disposal practices
* Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to team members
* Utilize computer systems, including in-house software, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
* Demonstrate strong organizational and management skills

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive salary range of £33,000-£36,000 per annum, depending on experience
* 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, birthday off, and perkbox benefits after completing probation
* 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 two-week rota basis
