About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Product Management professional to lead our Product Management department. As the Head of Product Management, you will be responsible for defining the portfolio design, direction, and roadmap for all digital products, and maximizing overall value and ROI of the full product portfolio.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, instructional designers, educators, and administrators, to drive technology implementation and ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met within agreed time frames.

The ideal candidate will have extensive proven experience in product management, preferably in educational technologies or mission-based organizations, and will be able to analyze data to derive insights into user behavior, product performance, and market trends.

You will also be responsible for building and managing a team of product managers to deliver high-quality products that align with the company's vision and objectives.

About the Team

The Product Management department is accountable for the outcome of the IB's portfolio of customer-facing technologies throughout their lifecycle. This involves balancing business requirements, customer feedback, technology needs, and market trends in service of IB's strategic objectives.

The team is responsible for defining the portfolio design, direction, and roadmap for all digital products, and maximizing overall value and ROI of the full product portfolio.

The team works closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, instructional designers, educators, and administrators, to drive technology implementation and ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met within agreed time frames.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Product Management professional who has:

  • Extensive proven experience in product management, preferably in educational technologies or mission-based organizations
  • Ability to analyze data to derive insights into user behavior, product performance, and market trends
  • Experience building and managing a team of product managers to deliver high-quality products
  • Strong understanding of the K-12 education sector globally and the role and market for curriculum's like the IB
  • Knowledge of trends, technologies, and emerging innovations in educational technology
