We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Higher People, a boutique recruitment agency specialising in the HR and Marketing professions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Manage and maintain our website using HubSpot, leveraging its functionality to drive results and improve user experience.
  • Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Analyse campaign performance using A/B testing and data analysis to continuously improve results.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Graphic Designer to develop creative pitches and win new business.

Requirements:

  • Proven track-record of creating and delivering successful marketing campaigns to support sales and service.
  • Qualification in Marketing, English, or another business-related degree (or relevant marketing qualification).
  • Excellent writing skills and experience with content production.
  • Results-driven with a portfolio of demonstrable success in campaign ROI.
  • Experience with web CMS and HubSpot (desirable).
  • Driving licence.
