  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to our Planners by handling client inquiries, reviews, and requests.
  • Plan Submissions: Arrange for plans to be submitted to provider companies, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Client Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records on our company software, ensuring compliance with industry guidelines.
  • Review Packs: Prepare comprehensive review packs for clients, highlighting key financial insights and recommendations.
  • Illustration Requests: Process illustration requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring seamless client experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest financial products, legislation, and industry developments to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company and industry guidelines, rules, and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
