Lead Marketing Strategist

Merz Aesthetics UK and Ireland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and improve customer engagement
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical, and digital, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of marketing plans
  • Represent Merz Aesthetics at regional and global levels, sharing marketing insights and best practices
  • Build and maintain relationships with external customers and market influencers to inform strategy and support effective implementation of marketing plans

Requirements:

  • Business or marketing graduate with postgraduate marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent)
  • Extensive experience in marketing and people management, preferably in pharmaceuticals
  • Sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills, with ability to understand financial acumen
  • Computer literate with competence in working with data and multiple systems
