Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager to join our team at Source & Connect. In this role, you will play a critical part in analysing and supporting business systems, utilising advanced tools and applications to drive process automation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis: Analyse and document business requirements to support project objectives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with end-users, key stakeholders, and process owners to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs, fostering a culture of open communication.
  • Project Management: Manage internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training and support materials to improve user experience with systems and data analytics, ensuring a smooth transition to new technologies.
  • Solution Development: Maintain consistent and efficient solutions across the approved application suite, safeguarding sensitive data and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Process Improvement: Design and implement work-flows and automation processes to streamline operations, driving business growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or relevant system environment, with a strong technical background.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with ICT systems, including technical development, testing, and implementation from a Project Management perspective.
  • Background in business processes and applications, with knowledge of GDPR and best practices in data management.
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Experience with the configuration and implementation of operational/maintenance systems, with a background in the Engineering, Construction, or Industrial Services sectors.
  • A willingness to be based on site at Bridgwater 3 days a week and occasional visits to client site.
  • You must be a UK resident to apply for this position.
