About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgical Ward Nurse to join our team at Greenstaff Medical. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to doctors
  • Assist with surgical procedures and provide post-operative care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Valid NMC Pin and completed preceptorship for newly qualified nurses
  • 6 months of proven experience in a surgical ward
  • Valid right to work in the UK (Sponsorship not provided)
  • Proof of vaccinations/immunity
  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service
  • Proof of Mandatory training aligned to the Skills for Health UK CSTF standards
  • 2x Clinical References
