We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance engineering, with experience in planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities and maintenance activities. You will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of maintenance supervisors and technicians to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our facilities and equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Collaborate with the Reliability Engineering Manager to implement safety and statutory compliance programs.
- Work with the team to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon's safety policies and procedures.
The Site RME team is responsible for managing the day-to-day maintenance activities and projects for our facilities. We are a dynamic and fast-paced team that is passionate about delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in maintenance engineering, with a strong background in planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities and maintenance activities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external contractors.
- Knowledge of diverse MHS, industrial mechanical and electrical systems, and automation, controls, and robotics systems.
