Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team in a boutique cost and project management consultancy. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile fit out and refurbishment projects for discerning clients in the commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the delivery of fit out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide cost management and quantity surveying services to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, and develop solutions to overcome challenges
- Contribute to the development of business growth strategies and identify new opportunities for the company
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in quantity surveying and cost management, with a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects in the commercial sector. You will be a skilled communicator and team player, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. You will also have a strong understanding of the commercial sector and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
