Position Overview:
This role involves supporting the Shift Manager in executing daily driver briefings to uphold exceptional standards of customer service and ensure adherence to operational protocols. The position is vital for equipping drivers for peak performance on the road, which directly enhances customer satisfaction.

Core Duties:
- Facilitate attendance of all drivers at pre-brief meetings and manage their returns to the Service Centre for streamlined handling of customer deliveries and pickups.
- Conduct performance assessments with drivers, reviewing instances of unsuccessful deliveries and pickups for DXE Customers.
- Leverage system-based evaluations of Service Centre delivery and collection metrics utilizing DXNS databases.
- Confirm the precision of returned paperwork to protect revenue and assist in accurate billing processes.
- Ensure that all designated delivery and collection points are completed as scheduled, addressing any performance discrepancies prior to driver departure.
