About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our team at Quilter, responsible for delivering complex large-scale change initiatives within the Financial Services sector.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing 'Virtual' teams, cross-functionally and across geographies, and will possess in-depth knowledge of different project and programme delivery methodologies, including Scaled Agile Programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective change delivery strategies, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and Quilter's policy and standards.
  • Lead and manage Programme Delivery teams, prioritizing capacity and resources to balance demand and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, colleagues, and suppliers to deliver effective customer outcomes and positively impact results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, colleagues, and suppliers, demonstrating credibility, professionalism, and strong personal integrity.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve organisational capability, leading, championing, and investing in own and team's technical skills development.
About You

We are looking for a Programme Manager who:

  • Has a strong background in change delivery, preferably in the Financial Services sector.
  • Is experienced in managing complex large-scale change initiatives, with a proven track record of success.
  • Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Is a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement effective change delivery strategies, and prioritise capacity and resources to balance demand and efficiency.
  • Is a strong leader, able to motivate, coach, and develop individuals to meet their career goals and those of the organisation.
  • Is committed to delivering high-quality results, operating calmly in high-pressure situations, and maintaining a focus on customer outcomes.
