We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Client Relationship Manager (food / co-pack) to oversee significant strategic partnerships, their initiatives, sales, and profitability.

BV Dairy is a family-owned dairy enterprise with a rich history of 66 years, based in Shaftesbury Dorset, supplying private label, food service, and food wholesale sectors. Recently, we have become part of the First Milk group, a British farmer-owned dairy cooperative.

A new opportunity has emerged, and we are currently in search of an Account Manager for our private label / co-pack segment. This role will focus on establishing and nurturing enduring relationships with our clients while representing BV Dairy and the broader First Milk community both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive account management from start to finish
  • Maximizing sales and profit margins
  • Overseeing project management
  • Developing and sustaining robust, long-term collaborative relationships with customers
  • Meeting all relevant KPIs
  • Fostering teamwork and promoting a positive, solution-oriented culture
  • Being present on-site at least three days a week, with the possibility of some remote work
  • Traveling as necessary

Required Experience:

  • Solid prior experience in account management within the food sector (preferably in a contract packing or private label context)
  • Proven ability in relationship building
  • Experience in margin and sales analysis and development
  • Strong project management capabilities
