Project Planner Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Planner to join our team at Balfour Beatty VINCI, working on the HS2 project in the West Midlands. As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for the day-to-day planning function of a Sub Lot, ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with project controls, planning, and performance reporting methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project planning and controls, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, including Primavera, Microsoft Project, and TiLOS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
