Banner Lane is partnering with a pioneering high-tech defence electronics company to recruit a dedicated IT Specialist. Our client is a rapidly expanding SME renowned for developing and manufacturing custom Radio Frequency (RF) systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of existing IT systems to ensure they are efficient and reliable.
- Streamline processes by integrating various systems, including production and engineering documentation, requirements management tools, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Ensure the IT infrastructure is scalable and meets both current and future business needs, focusing on seamless hardware and software integration.
- Manage the upkeep of all IT systems and equipment, including CRM, MS Office, and ERP systems.
- Plan and maintain networking and hardware requirements to support organizational growth.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Syspro) systems development and integration.
- Strong skills in MS Office applications, including on-premise Exchange.
- Experience in IT security practices, including anti-virus, data loss prevention, and data security/backups.
- Knowledge of Linux systems is highly desirable.
A degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. A positive, can-do attitude with a dedication to completing tasks and projects, even when new opportunities arise.
