Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with varying special needs, including Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, and Physical Disabilities.
- Assist students in understanding and participating in lessons, promoting their social skills and confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to teachers and other support staff.
- Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of students.
- Participate in team meetings and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Support the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Follow safeguarding regulations and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field, such as psychology or education.
- Ability to work effectively with students with varying special needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
