We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to fill the role of Field Sales Representatives at Virgin Media O2. As a key representative of our brand, you will engage directly with residents, providing outstanding service and showcasing our innovative products to attract new clientele.

While experience in sales is not mandatory, we are looking for candidates who excel in a target-driven environment and enjoy interacting with potential customers.

In this role, you will approach potential clients at their homes, regardless of the weather, to present our cutting-edge products and services.

We offer extensive training to ensure you possess the necessary skills to engage in meaningful discussions with customers from day one, setting you up for success.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid UK driving license with no more than 8 penalty points
  • Enjoy working outdoors
  • Exhibit a positive mindset and self-drive to meet sales objectives
  • Effectively manage objections, think quickly, and remain resilient in the face of rejection
Compensation and Perks:
  • Base salary ranging from £25,000 to £45,000 annually
  • Potential to earn unlimited commission
  • Car allowance for full-time staff
  • 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays and a day off for your birthday
