We are working with one of Canada's top 10 construction businesses, a tier 1 contractor with over 100 years of experience, to find a Commercial Manager to join their team in the UK.

About the Role

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for the successful administration of contracts with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. You will need experience on a range of commercial, public sector, healthcare, or industrial building projects, valued at a minimum of £20m+.

The company is experienced in hiring from the UK and will handle the visa/work permit alongside you, providing financial support to relocate you and any family.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer contracts with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
