Mechanical Engineering Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineering Support Manager to join our team at Flogas Britain. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical engineering systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Head of Operations Engineering and team to scope out capital delivery projects
  • Provide guidance and technical assistance to installation teams, project managers, and other parts of the business
  • Organise and effectively schedule mechanical labour for the network/Flogas depots, with a focus on minimising downtime on affected sites
  • Work closely with the Technical Engineering Coordinator, managing network faults/breakdowns, additional resource requirements, and remedial works
  • Effectively plan annual/10-year and other periodic inspections on Flogas depots, and where appropriate, issue work to external contractors efficiently
  • Have a close interaction with the design and project management team
