Aftersales Customer Care Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Consultant to join our Chepstow branch. This position is 21 hours per week, Monday-Wednesday, 9-5 (with a requirement to work two Saturdays each month, given back as time in lieu). As a Customer Consultant, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality, personalised service to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, personalised service with a friendly, professional, and efficient approach.
- Support and demonstrate a culture of positivity, hard work, high performance, and 'right first time' within the team.
- Perform cashiering duties and customer onboarding efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure the branch is well-presented at all times with up-to-date and compliant literature.
- Maintain accurate administrative systems and procedures in line with the Society's Privacy Policy.
- Support branch oversight and ensure monitoring checks are carried out accurately and within timescale.
- Actively promote the branch and Society within the local business community, enhancing brand awareness and building long-term business relationships.
