About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Medtronic. As a Sales Representative for Advanced Surgical Technologies, you will be responsible for selling our full range of products within the Surgical Technologies portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute detailed tactical plans to drive the adoption of Medtronic's Advanced Surgical Technologies in the NHS and private hospitals within the defined area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders within the market.
  • Attend meetings, workshops, and exhibitions to promote our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives.
  • Promote and present educational programs to professionals in the field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of sales success in the medical device industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full current UK driving license.
