About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex engineering projects in the nuclear industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop and implement contingency plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and team members, to ensure project deliverables meet their needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including MS Project, Online Stage Gates, Enterprise Advantage, iGate, and JDE.
