Commercial Property Solicitor Opportunity

A reputable legal practice in Basingstoke is seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the market and be able to manage a diverse caseload of Commercial Property matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a caseload of Commercial Property matters, including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial properties, landlord and tenant issues, and property acquisitions.
  • Representing clients in various transactions, including lenders and pension schemes.
  • Working alongside the Head of Department to deal with all Commercial Property matters and supporting the wider team.
  • Managing an existing and mixed caseload, drafting legal documentation, and dealing with complex property matters.
  • Active involvement in business development and supervision of staff if required.
Requirements:
  • A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of PQE.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and experience in running and building your own Commercial Property caseload.
