We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Print Manager to join our dynamic team at Swan Creative. As a Print Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of print projects, from concept to completion. You will work closely with our creative team to ensure that all print projects meet our high standards of quality and are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities- Manage print projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop print concepts and designs that meet our clients' needs.
- Liaise with suppliers and production teams to ensure smooth production and delivery of print materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage and maintain our internal POS system and order fulfillment process for national clients.
- Produce print quotes using company software and ensure accurate pricing and timelines.
- Attend site visits and client meetings as required to ensure successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge and experience in print production, including large format print.
- Agency experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in managing signage is preferable.
- Mac literate and proficient in Microsoft 365 suite.
- Clean UK driving license, with ability to drive to site visits as required.
