  • Troubleshoot and resolve faults during breakdowns, utilizing advanced diagnostic techniques and company-issued tools
  • Inspect and adjust lift/escalator systems as needed, documenting all services and maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve safety objectives and minimize downtime
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical knowledge and industry developments
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lift/escalator maintenance and repair
  • Minimum NVQ level 3 qualification in lift/escalator maintenance or equivalent
  • Willingness to pursue Schindler Certification Level 3 Red
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including multi-brand equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Effective communication skills and manual dexterity
  • Proven fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
  • Good administration skills, punctuality, and a valid UK driving license
