Job Title: Hotel Night Porter

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Night Porter at Wildes Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Night Manager in maintaining hotel and guest security, reception duties, and cleanliness standards.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, including luggage/porterage assistance and setting up event spaces.
  • Clean and maintain hotel areas, including the lobby, back office, stairways, restaurant, and bar floor.
  • Perform tasks as directed by the manager on duty and follow the nightly checklist.
  • Ensure the front entrance and outside of the hotel are clean and tidy at all times.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hospitality is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Warm, friendly, and approachable personality when interacting with staff and guests.
