About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn London - Kensington. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and growth through proactive sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement sales plans, goals, and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK, with a valid work visa.
